Shipping

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

• Standard Shipping: Free on orders over £25. Orders under £25 are charged at £3.99.
• Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days from the date of order.

As FarmsForce works with trusted international suppliers, your order may be shipped directly from our fulfilment partners. This allows us to keep prices competitive while maintaining product quality. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and current demand.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your FarmsForce purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

How to return an item:

Simply use the chat widget on our website to get in touch with us, or visit our Contact page. Let us know your order number and reason for return and we'll get back to you within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via the chat widget on our website with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll resolve this for you as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
